Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I hired an agency which is bonded insured and has workmen comp. The agency provides home health care for my aunt. The caretaker fell on my aunts front steps and went to the hospital and called to tell me she has a fractured ankle.

My question is; "What part if any can my aunt be responsible for? I am worried because I have come to realize my aunt has no homeowners insurance. My aunt has dementia and I have power of attorney. I am worried.... Does the agency cover this type of accident since they are bonded, insured and provide workmens comp?? If there is anything I need to do please let me know

Thank you ;

What caused the fall? Unless your aunt was negligent ,she is not responsible.

Assuming the nurse can establish negligence, the nurse can have a workers' compensation claim and a personal injury claim.
