legions air disease from hotel
While in florida, I stayed at a motel one night, I contracted Legions air disease from the air conditioning unit in that hotel and was hosptalized in ICU and was placed on life support, The infection nearly killed me, Do I have any legal rights?

First, let me express my sympathy for what you have been going through medically and emotionally.That is a VERY serious disease and absolutely if it can be proved that you got Legionnaire's disease at that hotel you would be entitled to substantial compensation for your illness.The amount is dependant upon many factors including your lost income, amount of medical bills,how well you recovered,etc. The mechanics about how to proceed are a bit too complicated for this message but I will be happy to discuss the matter with you free of charge if you contact me directly.
