Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was in a rear in collision this past weekend where the driver at fault had no insurance. Now the driver at fault provided an insurance card at the scene, but when I went to file a claim under his insurance, he did not have coverage on the date of the accident. I already filed through my insurance company, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to recoup my deductible from this guy, or is there any types of charges that can be brought a pond him.

Have your insurance company check to see if he had insurance. You can also write a letter to the insurance commisioner to see if the driver had insurance. Lastly, if he had no insurance, you can sue him. See www.FloridaPersonalInjuryTrialLawyer.com
