Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I signed a title over to my ex husband and before he put the truck in his name is girlfirend was driving and was in an accident..... now I am being sued. I informed him that when i sign this over iam dropping the insurance. what can i do??????

Generally, once title is transferred, you have no duty. However, this will need to be explained and the advice is correct above.
