If you total your vehicle which had no comp and collision at the time of the crash can the lean holder have payments deducted from your paychecks?

They will have to get a judgment against you, unless you have agreed otherwise. Check any agreements you have with the lien holder. Depending on how you financed your vehicle, you may have been required to have a certain amount of insurance coverage.
