Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

brought a short sale hm in fl closing was done remotelly it has been 2 wks and sellers lawyer who was working for both wont send any paperwork to us . It was a cash sale done through escrow . When our paperwork came for us to sign it was incorrect and not signed by seller , shouldnt we get something to say the closing was complete.

Yes. One lawyer should not be representing both parties. Something is wrong. You should investigate.
