Motion to Appear By Phone

I am in the middle of a foreclosure and just recieved noticed that the bank was granted a motion to appear by phone. What are my responsiblities on the date this is granted for, and what does this mean for me?

No difference to you. It just means that, instead of having a human being present at the hearing, they will be there by speaker-phone. You should appear at the hearing just as you intended before their motion to appear by phone was granted and make your arguments.
