Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Quitclaim deed

My significant other may be removed back to poland , we have lived andbuilt a business and home together, there is nothing with my name on it. Can the government take the property from us or can a quitclaim deed help me from losing my home and all we worked for. We have been together since 1996

Re: Quitclaim deed

I would suggest you contact me to review the business structure so you can be correctly document your ownership and the same with the home.I would need to get the immigration papers via e-mail or faxed them to me quickly so I can have this reviewed by

an immigration attorney. You can call me at my office today or send me an e-mail advising how I reach you by telephone.

More facts are needed, but unless there is a crime involved I don't see why you would think the government would take their possessions...maybe taxes weren't paid? Feel free to contact me on this; I worked three years in Warsaw for a European law firm and have handled immigration work for my own Polish spouse and family.
