Seeing if I can sue for harassment of a rental company? Forcing to sign a "no sue" agreement before security deposit is given

If you sign the "no sue" agreement, you cannot sue them for harassment. Dont sign it. Are they subject to some action for the return of the security deposit? do you have a claim against them? the first steps on imposing a lien on a security deposit are theirs. They need to act appropriately under the statute. it does not mention agreements like "NO SUE" being signed.
