estate problems

my father passed away recently my brother and sister and their friend moved into my fathers house the house is for sale but the asking price is to high for the current market the taxes are past due eventhought i have my 1/3 they they do not they say that when the house is sold the taxes will be paid i am afraid of loosing my fathers house what happens if they move out i cannot afford all the bills myself my brother is the personal rep of the estate what can i do to hold them accountable

Retain counsel, They should be paying rent to the estate. The court should be overseeing his actions.
