What's the proceedure in filing probate claim forms?

Who can file probate claim forms?

I'am a collector for multiple funeral homes, and alot of

times i've found out the most debts havn't been paid because know one has filed a claim. Just need to know the ins and outs of filing probate claim forms. Thank you

I think the last attorney wanted to point you to Rule 5.490. I would also suggest you read Florida Statutes 733.701 - 733.710. The forms are fairly simple, but you do have a limited time to file your claim after probate as been started. You might also consider filing a caveat where probate has not yet been opened. I suggest you speak with an attorney if you have specific questions.
