Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I have a judment against me from a Credit card company - % of my pay each week - the claim is for about a 1000.00 dollars more than I originally owed (owed 800 - claim is for 1900 (100 court fee) the extra thousand is simply from "fees" from the company - Is there a way to reduce this amount to what I actually owed?

A judgment means you already went to court and lost (or ignored court and lost). You don't get a second chance after you lose. The next time you get sued, ask a lawyer before court rather than after.

The way to reduce the amount now - if you qualify - is bankruptcy.
