What is the bac limit in georgia, becaues mine was 0.083

Age 21 and over (prior to July 1, 2001):

.10 or higher is an unlawful blood alcohol level.

.08-.09 there is an inference that you are a less safe driver due to alcohol consumption (can still be beat given the right circumstances).

.06-.07 there is no inference one way or the other.

.05 and below there is an inference that you are not a less safe driver due to alcohol consumption.

Note that all cases made on or after July 1, 2001, the unlawful blood alcohol level begins at .08. All other inferences remain the same.

Commercial Driver driving a commercial vehicle:

.04 is an unlawful blood alcohol level.

Under age 21:

.02 is an unlawful blood alcohol level.
