Custody

If you have a child( born in Tucson Az.) out of wedlock and the father's name is on the birth certificate,in the state of Georgia will he the father need any more proof in order to include his son in his will.

In Georgia, it does not matter whether the alleged father is the biological father or not, nor does it matter whether the father's name is on the birth certificate or not. The father can include anyone he wants to in his will, regardless of who that person is. Signed Charles Myers, Paralegal.
