There are numerous documents that need to be filed in such a case. While a few county courts have some of the forms online, the chances of optimal results and success with the forms is rather low, as each case needs to stand on its own merits. So while you can get some of the county forms, what is key in the case is to really personalize the facts of case, something a form cannot do, and present it to your benefit. It would be smarter to retain counsel, draft proper paperwork, and have counsel with you at hearings.

Remember the forms are just part of the case and you do also need to know what to do and say in court, and how to react to pleadings that you may receive.
