Non custodial parent

I just became aware that my ex had a DUI and has had his license suspended! How do I deal with him driving my 10 year old in his car. She is legally not allowed at his residence.

You could file a complaint to modify visitation. You should see an attorney immediately to discuss facts and get the case filed.
