Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

My fiancé and I are trying to baker act or whatever you call it in the state of ga. She is definitely not mentally stable and should not be allowed in general population. She is a harm to herself and more importantly, a harm to others! I have great reason to believe that given the opportunity she would stop at no cost to cause harm or even worse death to the innocent. This woman can not be trusted and has multiple, multiple personalities which I myself have witnessed. Please do not allow this “woman” anymore opportunities to harm others. She is a high risk and do no let her fool you through psychological tests. This woman is not stupid, she knows what she is doing and she knows just what you are looking for to pass!

Sincerely,

June

There is no such thing as a baker act in Georgia. However, note that by posting your phone number on the public internet you have likely set yourself up to be sued for defamation. Try to remove your post this second before anyone sees it and otherwise hire a lawyer as you may get sued for damages. It was a huge mistake to post what you posted in the public internet.
