Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

If i had an accident (slipped & fell) on some water in a store last year (03/2010) and never went to the doctor. the accident was documented by the store manager and i was contacted by a general liability claims analyst who asked did i go to the doctor and i stated "no". i know that there is no reimbursement for medical expenses, although since that time i have been too the doctor but i have no medical bills. am i entitled to any compensation for negligence? and how do i address the claims rep when i'm called?

With no medical bills you appear to have no damages to be compensated for. What are you saying your damages are?
