Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I fainted at a club a week ago. A few hours after standing around with a friend I began to feel queasy. I wasn't sure what exactly was wrong. I didnt comsume any alcohol (being pregnant) and I hadnt been dancing all night (I mainly went to support a friend). I told my friend I wasnt feeling well and asked her to come with me to ask a club worker to ask for help...or where the bathroom was. I went up to two workers towards the back of the club. I didnt feel it happen or know that it happen in till i felt someone pulling me up from the floor and dragging me out of the club. The male who dragged me outside dropped me on the curb. It wasn't in till i felt the cold air hit my face that I realized where i was and that I lost my phone. When a worker allowed me to go back in to get my cellphone I was man handled again by a security guard who told me the head of security told him I wasn't allowed back in. When i spoke to him nicely about the situation he was rude and dismissive. When I told him i was 3 months pregnant and needed help he told me, "I was lucky to even get in and that it was against there policy to let me in. Be lucky you even got in". I wanted him to know that it was heat exhusation; I wasn't some drunk trying to go back in the club.

I plan on sueing them. I lost my phone and dignity that night. Thrown outside on the curb of the street anything could of happen to me. I made my situation aware to them three times. I would like to know if I have a solid case if any.

You can probably sue them in small claims court for the value of your phone.

You can't sue for loss of dignity.
