Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Greece

How does our family claim the real property that was left to my childrens father

I have 2 children. Their father and I divorced in 1991. He remarried and had 2 more children. My ex-husbands mother and father lived in Greece. The property that his parents had was to be left to him when they passed on. The mother died in 1995. His father lived in the property after that alone. In 1997 my childrens father died in an auto accident. My son was 15 yrs. old and my daughter 12 yrs. old when that happened. Up to that time we had a very good relationship and also got and still do get along very well with his wife and 2 children who were only 5 yrs. old and 2 yrs. old at the time of his death. In 1998 his father in Greece past away also. Before the childrens father could claim the property from his parents in Greece he had died. Since the father in Greece has past on, an Uncle in Greece has been renting the property and we have not received any money nor did they get permission from us to do so. My question is, how do we claim the property and how can we find out if the Grandparents in Greece had a will? I don't speak Greek so it is difficult for me to find anything out. Please help as time is running out. It has been 7 years. I think the children deserve to have whats rightfully theirs.
