Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
questionable law practices
i filed a post conviction in 07 and was very specific in the request for documents but the courts refused to give any answer in the 90 day time period, i requested again but recieved no further response. what can i do ?

Are you currently incarcerated? I am surprised you did not at least get an answer denying your motion. Are you sure everything was filed correctly?
