Giving up my parental rights

I haven't seen my daughter over 5 years and i want to give up my right to be her parent to her father. Will I still have to pay child support if I do. And how will I get the proccess started?

Re: Giving up my parental rights

You cannot decide that you will terminate parental rights and thus not pay child support. The natural mother might agree to that, but you cannot impose such a decision upon her or your child.
