I was married for twelve years and have 4 daughters by him. We got divorced and i remarried for 2 years. He filed for divorce 3 years ago and moved in with his girlfriend, Since then i just received a back childsupport settlement from my first marriage and bought a house. Does my husband have rights to my house since weve been separated? He also filled bankrupt and left me with all the bills. Was that legal?

It is unclear who is "him." H #1 has no claim to property bought after the divorce. H#2 may have a claim if property bought during marriage. If house was in your name that claim did not arise until divorce # 2 was filed, so it was not an asset in his bankruptcy, but he can claim an interest upon the filing of the divorce.
