Hello. In a legal separation

proceeding, the court will

make an equitable determination as to which party pays certain marital debts. If a house is in foreclosure, this is a proceeding outside of the divorce, but there are instances where the divorce

and the foreclosure proceeding

are made into one case. The

legal term is "consolidation

of the cases". Of course,

a bankruptcy proceeding stays

in the Bankrupty court. I

suggests that you take this a

step at a time and let the court do its job, but talk to

a lawyer quickly and act soon!
