can my son mother disipline my son with out my permission,are there any laws aginist a person who would do such a thing aginist my will.

As a parent a mother or father can discipline a child. If that parent's discipline becomes abusive, they have crossed a line. But one parent does not need the consent of the other to discipline a child.
