Uncontested divorce

Do i have to live apart from my husband for 6 month in order to get an uncontested divorce?

In Illinois, the marriage has to have broken down for 6 months prior to getting a divorce. This does not mean you have to live under separate roofs, but you must show that there has been an irretrievable breakdown.
