Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

If my wife has a temporary Green Card and she has two boys age 20 who are full time College students in Costa Rica; WIll they have to come to the US after getting their green card via the Embassy or could they stay and finish College in Costa Rica?

Not sure why they were not included with your wife's "greencard" application. They must get their greencards as her derivative beneficiary before the age of 21, or they will have to find a different way to immigrate (if they even want to, later on).
