Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Being Charged for painting

This is to answer the question an attorney asked about my question. I'll have to look at the paperwork, but I know for certain that they charge us to paint, I don't know whether it was just for the paint or the actual act of painting. Does that matter?
