Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

need help with mortage problem
we filed bankruptcy ch7 last year. we thought we could keep our house, but the mortage company keeps raising our intrest rate every year. it's now at 13%. we have a second mortage that is $200 a month. our 1st mortage is now $800 a month. we are paying $1000 a month for a $60000 home. we have no equity and no bank will refinance because of our credit and our home is a mobile home. my husband wants to let it go back. do we have any other options. letting it go back won't help our credit. and i really don't want to loose my home. help please

Might I assume that you filed your Ch. 7 with an attorney? You should be asking that person what your options are.
