Power of Attorney

How do I get Power of Attorney over my husband to take control of my Real Estate (My Home). I just recently found out my husband is on drugs and he is abusing our bank accounts. Which is causing our mortgage and bills to bounce?

Power of attorney's are voluntary assignments of rights, but that doesnot protect you from him giving his Power to any one else or self destructing and signing his life away, if he is incompetent, then a guardianship is necessary
