ssd and ssi

in 1985 i hadf my back broke in 14 places t1 threw t 12 and l1 and l3. i also have degenitrive arteritis in my back and knees, and cubital tunnel in both elbows. have had my left shoulder redone. i faught my dissability as far as i could atleast 3 times. the last time i had an attournie and was turned down by a law judge again. the reson i got last time said you are dissabled and can work only 1 or 2 hrs a day 1 or 2 days a week but i dont meet there requirments for dissability.?? how can they say im dissabled but in the next paragraph say i dont meet there requirments? they say its not there fault i cant live on wages for 1 or 2 day 1 or 2 hours a week, but that i can work? they say i might have to relocate to a major city were i can get a job at a parking garage or such but only a couple hours 1 or 2 days a week. it al seams to go back to the specialist that saw me in the er he wanted to fuse mt spine with 2 steel rods were i would basicly be ridged like a board with no flexability or no movement and he told me a 70% chance of being paralized which i refused since i could walk i had several other doctors who said im dissabled but it keeps going back to him. the kicker is hes the doctor that told me to file. but when i wouldnt le
