Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My property in Hyderabad, A.P has been subjected to an illegal sale in Feb 2012. But this sale deed is cancelled and the cancellation is also registered in Feb 20013 by the A.P registration authority on our representation. (The illegal seller and buyer have jointly applied for cancellation in the subregistrar,s office to avoid any court strictures if the case goes to civil court.). Now the illegal seller against whom Charge sheet has been filed in May 2012 by the Police in a Criminal Court here under Sec. 42o etc. is requesting us to withdraw the case as otherwise his career will be ruined. He is on bail now. I would like to know what is the proper way to withdraw the case without inviting any adverse reaction /comment by the Court directed against me. I shall be much thankful for your advice.
