Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
1. plz clarify me the all important legal aspects to kept in the mind at time of legal adoption?
2. apart of legal adoption, whether other documentation, where parents joined adopted child's name in banking papers, lockers, pension and fund official papers, registered map of parental home, MIS of post office etc and so on, could legally prove a child as an owner of parents property.

an adoption has to be done through CARA a government organization and in case CARA is satisfied that the child may be given in adoption, only then the child can be adopted. it has to be done thorugh a registered adoption deed.
