civil rights law
my dad(dead)have 2 brother and one sister.there is a rental amount generated monthly from my granny's property.Till the time she was alive ,one of my uncle with whom my granny was staying used to receive the entire money.She has left no will.But after she is dead ,uncle is not ready to share the monthly money.Is there is any way that this monthly money can be shared and does my mom has a legal right to this money?
