dear sir,

i have problem in correction of date of birth in 10th standard marks card to my actual DOB,

in school register also wrong date of brith is filled which is mistake of school clerk,for actual date of brith i have a proof of brith certificate. now i have already complete degree so i want to correct DOB in all my certificate & document please inform me want is the procedure

In my personal opinion, no such corrections are required since you hold the original birth certificate. For your age proof, it is the birth certificate which is considered in issuance of passport and employment etc. However, if for any reason, you still want the change recorded on your 10/12/college certificates then for each such change you will have to apply seperately on their prescribed form along with an affidavit in prescribed format. Form and affidavit depend upon the board and university and normally available direct from board / univ and some times online too.
