Hello sir, gd.mrng. My name is C L NIRANJAN IN ALL EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENT BUT I WELL KNOWN BY ANOTHER NAME THAT'S SUMIT KUMAR.MOST PEOPLE BECOMES CONFUSED. SO I WANT TO CHANGE MY NAME FROM C L NIRANJAN TO SUMIT NIRANJAN FOR ALL FUTURE PURPOSES.IT IS POSSIBLE OR NOT ,AND WHAT PROCEDURES ARE FOR THIS.PRESENTLY I AM A STATE GOVT. Employee.
