first,issue a legal notice through a lawyer... then you can file a divorce petition in the district court or family court.. then things will proceed further... after the court process and lapse of some time you may be given divorce! if it is mutual you can file the petition jointly and the possibility of getting a divorce at the earliest is more feasable! contact a lawyer!

By mear saying you will not get divorce. For obtaining divorce you have file divorce case on the grounds whatsoever applicable under the facts and cirstances of your case as mentioned in the prevailing law/acts where you want to file the same. The divorce by mutual consent can be obtained if both parties are agreed

to reply, to you question, we need to know

where you are stationed,

what is your religion,

where your marriage took place, which placed your spouse is living, what is the dispute which prompts you for divorce etc.

to obtain divorce you have to file divorce on the necessary grounds in court and you can get divorced by mutual consent as well

file a divorce petition before district judge of your district and if you are muslim then file the divorce case before civil judge.consult an advocate of your area with all facts.
