Re: Wife harassing...

good morning

well in this case you have a talk with your wife regarding her problem why she is doing like this and make her understand that this can result into a criminal offence regarding mental harrasment and make realise that marriage is a sacrament.

even if she is not ready to co-operate then you consult a good attorney and file a divorce.. take care

Re: Wife harassing...

Your question does not merit an answer in these coloumns. It is not the job of lawyer to advise you as to how you interact with your wife or how you manage your relations with your wife. I can only suggest that if there has come a situation when you feel you cant live with her anymore, file a divorce petition.

Re: Wife harassing...

show love to her and make as many videos as u can wherein she threats you and troubles you.

create evidence of her threats and then you can pressurise her to settle down or else you will show it to the police and get her arrested and all.

i hope she will calm down.

best of luck

For further advice you please contact me personally alongwith documents. Consultation charges will apply.

Re: Wife harassing...

talk to her - find what or who is behind it? tell her that harassing the in-laws will amount to criminal case! - do not threaten her! tell her the way she'll understand!

if you cannot tolerate any further consult a lawyer and get a divorce!

Re: Wife harassing...

YOu have to give money to her in cheque so that she withdraws herself and spends money, keep the bills for which she has purchased and if possible write a letter to your in-laws about her compliants and speak to them about her spending and tell them to advise, involve more of her relatives and amicably settle things, if it still does not work out file a written compliant with police with all the proof of documents and visit women organisation and appraise them about her attitude.
