power of attorney
My son going abroad for a long term.He own a house at hyderabad.He want to athorise me to look after the house including letting out for rent,collecting rent.How to execute a power of attorney for that purpose.

its not a problem
in the GPA format take authority from him on the paper of rs 50. and that is what u all require.
get it registered if u want otherwise not mendatory or important

Approach a Lawyer or Document writer and got execute a General power of attorney in your favour. You may also got it registered in Registrar office. All this things must be done before your son leaving india on on the occasion when he came back to idnia for visit.
Else the General Power of attorney must be notarised by a notary of that state where you son is going abroad.

you can get a GPA execyted in your favour you can register it if you want but it is not mandatory

your son may execute special power of attorney in your favour on a stamp paper of Rs.100/- which can be get notarised and registered also.
