stamp pper.dt.jan05; agrmnt. dt.feb06 11months;not regd for non payment of secty depo. leasee habitual defaulter;rs 40000/+ reluctant to vacate-widow 2 kids. lessor:-83yrs spinster.Q1.whether this perticular agrmnt. is valid-admissible in court?(regisration act says regstn.optinal;maha rent act says all l&l agrmnts must be regd.)Q2.what would be the success&time for jgdmnt?Q3.in case jgdmnt goes against lessor what will be the status of leasee:-tenant/owner/tresspasser/other?Q4. any special provission for senior citizen?Q5.court fees?
