Sir
My date of birth is 15/12/1949 and I am working for an MNC (a Global petroleum copany) for the last 18 years. As per my date of birth I will be completing my age of 59th year by 15/12/2009. I have been given notice for superannuation from 15/12/2009. Would like to know what is my superannuation date as per law

It depend on the appointment terms.

In private companies, there is no such rule but usually in govt. jobs it is 58 years to 60 years.
