Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

We had asked " under which rule and which section the tenancy may be inheritable from father to son without the consent of land lord?
for which we have received reply " right of tenancy" is one of the properties a person may inherit. The law of succession will apply.
But it MAY be inherited. Is there any specific law or judgment /rule under which law of succession applies i.e. under what law we can prove the same.

The law is well settled by the Supreme Court of India that tenancy is heritable. You may contact your lawyer to provide you judgements.
