Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i am owner of a plot, my grand father kept a man over there he was not charged for that he is having three sons now i want my plot free so that i can start my business there but they are not redy to leave it what is the solution for it sir?

hire a lawyer and issue legal notice and if after that they don't leave file case in court for eviction and vacant possession.
