WHAT IS THE POSTION OF NEW OWNER OR TENANT OR PERSON IN POSSESSION IN Pepsu Tenancy Act.?
land here is-although the agricultural land doesn't exist for the last 20 years & has been sold as residential plots but as per revenue record land is still shown in the name of the original owners.
In dis, case how can new owner save his land of piece in possession.?
under relevant law an agriculture land should be converted in to non agriculture land.
1. apply for mutation of revenue record, basing on the sale deed if the same is registered.
2. convert agriculture land to non agriculture land, by paying necessary fee to revenue authorities under relevant rules.
3. check for any land regularization scheme is available in your area.
