Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir,
We are staying as a tenant since 50yrs, now land lord want us to vacate the land because he is selling the land to builder. We are ready to purchase the same land but land lord is not willing to sell us instead he is forcing us to vacate.

Landlord does not vacate u forcefully and u can file civil suit and can lodge complaint
