Time period given for tenant to vacate the residence
Is there any law where in the landlord can ask the tenant to vacate the residencial flat which was let to rent with in the agreement period?

if the agreement is for a fixed period, the landlord cannot seek vacation except in terms of the agreement itself. the parties are bound by their agreement, if the same is enforceable in law.
