Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

I had let out an apartment on rent 11 month's lease agreement in writing. When the agreement was in force, the tenant went to court, mentioned that i am illegally trying to vacate her by using goondas and obtained a temporary injenction and is refusing to vacate, now case is being fought for 2 years, she is not even paying rent . She is fully at fault but how do i vacate her and recover my house back? Is there no punishment for obtaining a temporary injenction by false information?

you can start eviction against the person. you file also purgery false averment before the court.
