we are two. Me and my sister the property is the name of my mother. The property was purchased by my mother on his own jewells. How much of share me and my son going to get from the property

since it is self acquired property of mother, it is up to mother how she wants to dispose it off. It is mother's sweet desire to whom she wants to give that property. You do not have any right as such in the property. After her death, you and your sister will have equal share if mother does not write any WILL.
