Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hello Sir,
My Brother is illegally residing on my floor & also doing business over there...My Floor is of total 4 rooms. One room is occupied by my Mother & 1 room is occupied by my Brother. he also disconnected Electricity connection of rest of the 2 rooms so that I cannot come here & stay here anymore. He is also having his own home & that is rented. I am not getting any rental from him. Its been almost 5.5. yrs since he is staying there. My Mother is also helping my brother to stay there. I have also doubt that my brother can do some illegal tasks. As the property is on my name; i am always in Tension that nothing go wrong there. My Mother also helping him & saying that he is taking care of me thts why he will reside with me. I have told many times to my Mother that I will take care of u. I have given her many options like She can stay with me, I can give her Monthly expenditure, can keep a Permanent maid for her. But she is not listening to me. I only have a problem with my Brother as he is illegaly using my place & residing there. Please help me what Should I Do?

You have civil and criminal remedies available to you and you can get your house vacated from your brother and file a criminal case as well.
