Right to inherit ancestral property after death

My dad has some ancestral property which is currently being disputed. He wants to make a will wherein his wife wud have full rights to represent and be the future owner of my dad;s share in the same. How doe this need to be included in the will. Is there separate wording reqd?

as far as ancestral property is concenred only the share of your father can be transfered by way of will not the other shares like of your fathers sons and daughters etc. The will fi any would bind only share of your father not others

If you are a Hindu family living in India, there cannot be any will for an ancestral property. the law of inheritance will follow. even have you are a shareholder in the property during the life time of your dad; NO WILL including mode of inheritance of this property may be valid.

A will can only be made of self acquired property and not ancestral property.
